Mochi terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Mochi app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use it

People aged 13 or older. You are responsible for what happens in your account and must keep your access safe.

How to use it

• Use Mochi to study. Do not try to cheat points, rewards, rankings or ads, or use the app automatically.
• Pick names that respect others. We may hide or change offensive names and suspend accounts that abuse.
• Do not try to reach other people’s data or disturb the service.

Pro subscription

• The subscription is charged and renewed by the App Store or Google Play, which also handle cancellation and refunds under their own rules.
• Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in the store.

The content

The lessons, the art and the pet belong to Mochi. You may use them in the app to study, without copying or reselling. Some material uses open licenses, listed in About and licenses, inside the app.

The service

We work for Mochi to run at all times, but it may have interruptions and changes. We do our best so your progress is not lost; even so, we do not guarantee learning results.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
